UoL Dance Soc: MUSIC LEGENDS
On the 20th and 21st of March UoL dance soc took over Mountford stage with incredible dancing and legendary music; our final showcase of the academic year. Classes, competition squads and soloists performed, as well as performances from Hindu Soc's Bollywood dancers and MENCAP. All profits from the evenings went to MENCAP who we have raised money for throughout our academic year. We also presented them with a cheque on the evening; we managed to raise over £550 at our competition for them which we are absolutely thrilled with! I want to say a massive thank you to all those involved in Dance Soc and for your huge commitment throughout the year, the Guild staff and tech team and Sean Turner for presenting our show. Finally, the biggest thank you to the 16/17 committee - you're all stars. For those graduating and leaving Dance Soc this year you'll truely be missed.
