"Hi all,
I’m pippa, I teach yoga with the intention to inspire others to connect through the journey of movement, breath, meditation and yoga Philosophy. Yoga is a relationship between the body, the mind and the breath, freeing ourselves from obstacles so we can move through life with wellbeing. In these classes we will thread these principles together in a flow style sequence. I look forward to sharing energy together on the mat soon.
