Hey Yogis!

It’s week 10, which means it’s the end of term and Christmas time!

We hope everyone has a beautiful Christmas period and finds the time to relax and rest after a crazy first term. It’s been a weird year in general (to say the least) but we hope you can all find a sense of peace over the holidays and look back on some great moments that the situation has brought up. Maybe you connected more with your family, spent more time outdoors or learnt something new in lockdown. Whatever it was, the end of the year is the perfect time to reflect and be grateful for the good times, whilst remembering what you’ve learnt from the bad times.   

Spend time with friends and loved ones if you can, and don’t work too hard! Christmas is a time for getting cosy and recharging indoors so you can enter the New Year with a bundle of energy and a fresh perspective. Yoga can be great for this time of year as it can both slow you down and remind you to appreciate life, and help you build some heat to work off that Christmas pudding too!

Whatever you do, and wherever you are this holiday, we hope you have a wonderful time and we’ll see you next year for some more online classes to start the year off right!
