There has recently been an increase in the amount of students coming to our Guild Shop explaining they have lost their bus pass.

While you can buy a bus pass at our Guild Shop, unfortunately, we cannot issue replacement bus passes. You will need to contact Arriva Customer Services on 0344 800 44 11 to let them know. They may, at their discretion, replace a lost or stolen ticket or pass (with a ticket or pass of the same date and type) for a £25 charge.
