Assessments coming up? Deadlines looming? we understand that this time of year can be particularly tough, so from 9th – 20th January we will be in the Sydney Jones and Harold Cohen libraries helping you to Keep Your Cool by handing out free fruit and good wishes for your all-important study breaks.

As well as our support, the libraries also want to help make things easier for you at this busy time – so the Free PC Seats website has been updated and uses GPS on your phone or laptop to tell you where there are free PCs on campus and even give you directions how to get there.

We also understand how busy the library gets during this time of year, which makes it difficult to find the ideal study space. So, as part of Library on Tour, we’ve kept several rooms around our building open and free for you to use, for quiet revision.

Please feel free to come along and make use of these rooms:

They will be open 9am until 5pm on weekdays, and 9am until 9pm on weekends.

Good luck with your essays and exams from everyone at the Guild. Remember to take regular breaks, get some sleep, eat properly and plan how you’re going to celebrate when you’re done!
